Kraziness...Caffeinated Randomness

Yes, I *know* that this makes two posts in one day...and some of you may be, even now, clicking your tongue as you shake your head at me...but this was a chance to have a reason to cut loose, so *pfft* at you! :)

This post is jumping on board with Caffeinated Randomness cuz I like her idea of doing something "light and fluffy really this has no point other than I am putting it out there to you craziness" every once and awhile :)

And so, I jump.

My kids are insane.

No, I mean that with every love filled fiber of my being.

Crazy. Gone. Not ok in the membrane.

Don't believe me...???

I have one who brings home a eye-sprouted, mold covered potato from her classroom cuz my little urchin told her teacher that her mom would love to plant it in the back yard.  Hello...this is me...??  I don't do mold covered potatoes nor do I ever partake in planting in the backyard.  Gag.

I won't go into great detail about the lone boy who thinks that passing gas until people pass out is funny...cuz it isn't.  It is just gross.

Then...I am sitting here the other day, reading something or other online with one of the older girls sitting next to me.  She is running her fingers thru my hair when she suddenly knocks on the desk with her other hand.  I hear it but don't think much of it until I hear, slightly whispered,
"Hello?"...
"Hello, ma'am.  We just wanted to take a look at your pipes."...
"Oh, ok, come on in
I look at her, the one who knocked and supplied both voices, with what I am sure is the most "What the heck??" face I can manage and she bursts out laughing and said "what? her pipes needed looking at..."

Then there is the girl who brings me a pink Mike-N-Ike...only to tell me after I have it in my mouth that the dog licked it and she was actually gonna ask me if she should throw it away.

That just leaves the one who cracks herself up while trying to tell a story.  That's not bad, in and of itself as I do that too (cuz sometimes I am just hilarious!!!), but she she winds up sitting there, laughing till her face is red and clapping softly as she applauds her own humor, while she's only said something like "Ohmigosh, Kelly was walking and then...." and the rest of us have no earthly idea what she is talking about.... Yeah, that's just not ok.

And people wonder why I am the way that I am.

These people are crazy with a capitol "K" over here...

...but gosh I love 'em!

Looking up as always...

I'm laughing out loud. My kids probably wouldn't have warned me even after about the Pink Mike N Ike. :)

I think that all those things only make them a little more lovable! These are so funny. Good luck with the molding potato!

Blessings.

When are you going to learn not to take candy from your children?!?! Your kids crack me up- and we all know where they get it from!!!
Now, go enjoy some white skittles while I open my own and have the red and purple ones.

Oh I so loved reading this! I often feel like I'm living in Clockwork Orange (my three children are five, three, and almost two) and worry that I might be the only sane one around here but then that scares me, too.

You made me giggle - thank you!
