"I once was lost, but now am found...
was blind, but now I see."
My last post was raw and honest...
My heart was truly just crawling along under the heaviness of emotion.
But then my momma came over with a WalMart bag in hand.
What she carried in that bag is not as important as the joy that was created by her thoughtfulness...
What she carried in that bag is not as important as her desire to spend time with her daughter and her daughter's three daughters...
What she carried in that bag were the ingredients for joy, spelled out as:
b-a-k-i-n-g c-o-o-k-i-e-s
My contribution???
It came in deep laughter and the swiping of seemingly poisoned chocolate chips:
Can life get better than a freshly-made-by-my-mom-and-kids
chocolate chip cookie?
chocolate chip cookie?
*sigh*
Looking up as always...

Nothing is better the an unexpecting visitor, especially one with cookie makings....
So yum and so much fun. Was there a flour war? :O)

Life is great with family and chocolate chip cookies! I think that's one reason I love Christmas. But that makes me think, why wait until then?

Moms always know how to make everything better.
From the heart to the tummy, they don't leave any bases untouched.
That is true bliss! And gooey chocolate goodness.
And delighted to meet you today and share in the multitude of God's Grace.
Joyfully His,
Sarah Dawn
