Who Am I?

This week has been a heavy one for me...not so much in what has been done, but rather what it is that dances around in my mind in the quiet moments when no one speaks and where no one can hear.

I allowed myself to be pulled...to be distracted from the strength of Truth just long enough to be covered in the warm, dark covers of depressive tendencies.

And then...Truth whispered as it always does ~ as a trumpet echos in a marble hall, so did His voice bellow thru the protective walls around my heart and into my soul...awakening His Spirit and His Joy once again. (Ok, so I  just watched Prince Caspian for the first time and I am sure that colors my wording...but dang if that didn't help fire up my heart!)

I recorded this video for my uncle...a man that I love dearly even tho I have not had the pleasure of seeing him in a long time.  At my children't insistance to post this for "all your e-friends" (their words...gosh I love them...), I post this...my heart, poured out in song at the feet of my Father as I find strength flooding back into my limbs. (...oh, and the kiss at the end...that is for my Uncle Bob...)

I pray you enjoy it...and you would be kind with this kind of vulnerability and that you would join me as I make myself face the simple fact: "Who Am I?" to forget all that He is and in doing so, lose who I am in Him....

...be sure to pause my playlist, over on the left...

Looking up as always...
